Biography
Kang Seungkwan is an active member of a creative group of students, joined by Chung Yeehyun and Bang Jihye. The group formed a creative team in 2011, while students at Sungkyunkwan University. Their intention was simply to make their very best design work, by bringing their varied skills and ideas together. Seungkwan and Jihye were the first to build the team, and in the following year of 2012, Yeehyun joined as well. The team set their sites on participating in awards contests to gain visibility for their designs, and the Adobe Design Achievement Award was of specific interest to them. The team worked on their design for two months, and remains grateful for the experience and friendships made from collaborating on their project.

While having fun in a movie theater, You have probably experienced an awkward situation trying to enjoy popcorn and drinks at the same time. To curb this tricky dilemma, Movie Popcorn Man, a new package design combining a popcorn case and a cup holder was designed. The package’s upper part will be filled with popcorn made to resemble a head of hair. The cup holder is made to resemble a character holding a soda. Surely this cute and witty design will provide amusement even before the movie.

Moreover, just sitting and waiting until the movie starts can be boring. You might want something fun to make you feel better. Typically, a cup of soda is much heavier than popcorn. Therefore, if a soda cup and popcorn are paired together in one package and a grip is attached to the cup, you can handle both of them using only one hand.
